Minecraft Community & Staff Administration

Greetings all,

I've recently been looking for a Minecraft server or network to join as a full-time Administrator primarily focusing on community involvement and staff administration. I want to keep this post relatively short, so feel free to add me on Skype (computercon) to discuss any potential opportunities more in-depth. I have included a few of my previous experiences below.


TheArchon: I was a TrialMod on TheArchon back in December of 2012, and was promoted to Helper+ in January. Around Mid-March, I was promoted to JrMod. I pride myself with how hard I worked on and off the server, and was widely respected and loved. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent as staff, and later resigned to help out on Dynasty. I was told I would be promoted to SrMod in the upcoming weeks, however I resigned before actually being promoted. I instantly regretted resigning, and still do. I loved what I did for the server, and would do anything to help out once again. I was seen as a leader and a responsible staff member, and was always helping others. I even stopped playing Factions just so I could get to know the community and focus solely on helping the server. I was trusted with /nick perms as a JrMod and even for a short time after resigning.

DynastyPvP: After resigning from TheArchon, I transferred to the sister server, Dynasty. The intentions were for me to be a SrMod on Dynasty and assist with Administrating and training the staff members. Due to the possibility of nepotism and wanting to promote fairness, the Owners decided to have me restart as a Helper.

AciDicMania: I enjoyed my time as a Helper here, unfortunately a rogue Dev deleted all the server files and the server was closed. I was on track for the first promotion on the server to Moderator before the server was deleted.

Among those listed, I have done small, freelance Development work and Administration work. The ones listed above are the most significant due to my experiences on the server and the popularity of them. I have spent a majority of my time playing minecraft in some sort of administration/moderation role, whether it be developing, moderating, or managing a server. I have created numerous plugins, managed various communities and forms, as well as created and administrated staff teams as well as handled recruitment and oversight.
