The spawns will only be sold once and that is to the buyer of the product. That being said it will only be used by the buyer for their own needs.

PS: If the buyer would like anything added to their spawn I will do it for free, but if they want a lot more work done it will cost 1-5 dollars.

#2 Maybe take the price and divide it by 20
#3 This is more of a test build, then a sell build
#4 I would continue to build and try to make your builds better and better
#5 I hope you aren't trying to call yourself a builder after your first couple builds.

Thank you for the advice. Idk about price, but once someone buys it I remove the product. BTW these arent my first builds.
