I do Minecraft development. Custom plugins, one-off features, or a whole server set up from scratch. Doesn't matter if you just need one mechanic built or a full server with everything wired together, I can do either.
Most of what I work in is Paper/Spigot. I write Java plugins, build out features, fix configs that are fighting each other, and put together full plugin stacks that actually work as one system instead of 40 plugins stepping on each other.
I run my own server too, so this isn't theory for me. I've dealt with the LuckPerms/Vault/Factions/WorldGuard/MythicMobs/Citizens kind of stack plenty, plus my own custom plugins on top of it. I'd rather you understand what's running on your server than just hand you something and disappear.
