Minecraft Developer Needed (Perm or Temp) (Pay)

Hello,
My team is opening a server early April this year and have encountered a problem where a perm dev or temporary dev is needed.
Our server is based on the Project Korra plugin and is in need of someone who is capable of Spigot or Bukkit (Preferably both)
We need someone to set up Bending Minigames and recreate custom bending moves.

Long term pay will be 20$ a month
Short term pay can be discussed.
