Hello. My name is Ethan, and I'm looking for a well known Minecraft server manager and developer to start my own server. I upload YouTube videos, and it would be hard for me to constantly upload while trying to develop my own network.

Here is what I am looking for:
- Minecraft Developer who can develop with payments
- Minecraft Server Manager who has lots of previous experience (preferably if you know a good developer you can bring to the team)

What you would get in return:
- I would pay for the servers, and a majority of the plugins, builds, etc.
- You both would get a percentage of the profit.
- You both would be getting exposed to the community as a great server owner / developer.
