Nathan’s Plugin Development Services Nathan is a freelance Java developer based in the UK who offers a variety of Minecraft development services. Nathan has vast experience in HCF cores, Utility plugins, network management and Minigame development.
Refund Policy
All sales made to Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services are FINAL - Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services also takes into consideration duplicate purchases. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure you do not make duplicate purchases.
Terms of Service
Upon making a purchase to Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services you agree to the following terms of service stated below;
1. All services conducted by Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services are final. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
2. By conducting in any transaction with Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services you agree to waive your right to submit a chargeback against Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services or raise a payment dispute against Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services.
3. By using such service, and agreeing to the terms laid out within, you waive the right to pursue legal action against Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services for the services provided, regardless of quality, delivery time or disruption to service. Any contractual invalidities related to this agreement shall be given a period of thirty days to be resolved without disruption to the invalid term(s). Any other terms laid out within this agreement shall still be considered enforceable and remain unaffected and independent to any invalid term(s). Remedies and damages cannot be claimed against Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services for any discrepancies found within.
4. You understand and agree that the use of this website, external services, or any other content is made available and provided to you at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services will not be held liable for any inaccuracies displayed on any of our platforms.
5. You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability of any services, unauthorized action to or alteration of your data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the service.
6. The account holder of the payment gateway used in the transaction between you, the customer, and Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services is over the age of eighteen or has authorisation from a parent or legal guardian to make such purchase to Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services.
7. In the event of a chargeback being submitted against Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services, Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services has the right to halt any further support to the customer until the case has been resolved. If the case has been resolved, it is to the discretion of Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services to continue offering any form of support.
8. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services cannot be held responsible for any downtime suffered resultant of third-party sources. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services cannot be held liable for conflicting third-party issues resultant of work carried out by Nathan.
9. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services is not associated with Mojang Inc or MC-Market in any capacity. Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services is also in no way endorsed by Mojang Inc or MC-Market.
10. In the event in which a customer redistributes or leaks any software or communications made between such customer and Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services, Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services reserves the right to terminate any services being carried out by Nathan immediately. Any services provided by Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services is for the customer only. The customer may not attempt to resell any software or services provided.
11. Any services or products purchased which are provided by Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services will not be provided until the payment has been received by Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services. This includes any e-Checks or pending payments. Service will begin once payment has been received.
12. It is the discretion of Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services to decide how many postcompletion modifications Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services will make to any services or products purchased by the customer. Project specification must be provided prior to Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services beginning your project. It is the customers own responsibility to ensure that specification is exact to what said customer expects. It is to the discretion of Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services to add any features that were not included in the project specification.
13. Upon sending payment to Nathan’s Minecraft Development Services, you confirm that you agree to the terms laid out within and are rendering this contract as complete.
