Minecraft + Discord voice chat integrated UHC plugin

Hey all,

I was after a plugin to go on a UHC server.
Basically, it would work like this;

In a random teams gamemode on UHC, each person would get a random code in chat (each person would get only their code). That random code could be used on a particular Discord server using (for example) /uhc-join-team {code}...
Each code would be one time use so it wouldn't be able to be used by others. Once the bot sees someone type this in chat, they'd delete the message (to keep the chat clean) and give the person who typed the command a role.
With this role, they'd be able to view/join a particular voice channel as well as the others in the team.
After 150~ minutes, they would automatically be demoted and kicked from the voice channel, ready for the next game.
I could sort out the voice channels and roles, would just need a bot to be able to view the voice channels and then promote users depending on the code they submit.

So for example;
Player 1 receives code Blue1 for joining blue team
Player 2 receives code Red1 for joining red team
Player 3 receives code Blue2 for joining blue team.
Ideally, with this set up, all players would type /uhc-join-team {code} in a discord text channel and would find random preallocated roles/voice channels to give to these players.
Player 1 and 3 would receive "UHC-3" role and be able to join the "UHC-3" voice channel, while Player 2 would receive the role "UHC-9" and be able to join the "UHC-9" voice channel.

$50 seems quite high but I don't know anything at all about plugins...
I do know that the Minecraft plugin side of it would be easy - but Discord I have no clue about...

At the moment I'm just getting an idea of the price...

Probably because it seems apparent I'm clueless about how much effort this would take, how long it'd take so they think they can overcharge (assuming that's the case)...
I don't know much about this in-depth programming (I only know very basic), but I wasn't a price tag of $50~...
Oh well, just getting rough estimates/quotes at the moment.
