So realistically, If I bought a Minecraft server. I can store WHATEVER I want in that FTP as your TERMS OF SERVICE has nothing against it.
If I bought a VPS, I could turn it into a scanning server or a botnet because your TERMS OF SERVICE has nothing against it.

In the main TOS which it states that you will do no harm to HellHosting,by using scanners/illegal softwares you will harm our servers/our company by doing so from our network. It's logical.
