My suggestions:
1) Look for a paid long term editor
1a) Pay well, editors spend lots of time editing videos and many times a max of $5 won't cut it especially if they are making a montage with lots of effects or cutting down footage.
2) Don't search only for vouch copies, if it's something you are passionate about, don't be afraid to spend.
2a) You have 1 reputation, most of the time (not all, don't trash) people look for people with higher levels of rep so they can have some recognizable customers.
