Is selling a hard currency that can only be used to purchase cosmetic items in game in compliance with the EULA? or is selling hard currency completely not allowed

No, that's allowed, as long as the cosmetics do not boost the players in anyway.

That’s completely allowed, although I wouldn’t worry to much about the EULA. Mojang tends to only worry about the bigger servers, but it never hurts to be safe.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I'd rather stay safe in case attention was ever drawn to my server. Thanks!
