Minecraft Faction YouTuber Needed!

We are starting up a new faction server called 'Sandosity', and are in need of a paid YouTuber with a few specific requirements to boost the growth of our community.

NOTE If you fail to meet any of the specifications, we are able to possibly make a compromise

YouTuber Specifications :

1k+ Subscribers (the more subscribers, the more money paid)
An average view count at the minimum amount of 3/4 of your subscribers
Age 16+
Ability to work well with others
Loyalty

3/4 of your subs watching your videos is crazy, especially if you are looking for youtubers with over 1k. Also, an age limit of 16+ is limiting your options tremendously. Most youtubers are around 13-18, so I suggest you lower that a bit. Hope I could help

Thank you for the suggestions, unfortunately this is what the owners of the server have requested(I am just the Admin). However, like mentioned; If you do not meet the specifications, we are able to make compromises! One again though, thank you for the suggestions.
