Minecraft factions buffer discord bot

Not been here a while so not entirely sure of this is the right section for this.

Basically I'm looking for someone to make me a discord bot that can be linked with a minecraft account and do some basic stuff like ping everyone in the discord and send certain messages in a chat on a minecraft server.
