Minecraft Factions Discord Bot (or atleast some help with one)

Basically, I'm looking for a discord bot that can open a Minecraft console client window using a command and is able to read any chat messages and look for certain things to perform certain commands. I want it to be able to do things like update f top every 30 minutes or so and be able to send messages from discord to the alt, and from the alt to discord. I'm mainly looking for some pointers in the right direction, not necessarily a full bot. Ideally C#. If needed I can show you some examples of what I'm looking to do.
