Minecraft Factions Help

I have a factions plugin ( idk what kind / version ). I want it so players cant set home in enemies territory where in the config do i change it?

Is this line it - "homesTeleportCommandEnabled": true,

From my experience with the factions plugin. I don't think this is an option. I may be wrong but that's my understanding.

In the conf.json there's an option for blocked commands in enemy and neutral territory, don't have time to go look at what it's called but it already has /home and stuff blocked but you want to block /sethome and /createhome.
