Minecraft HCF server.

I am currently looking for a minecraft HCF server. Preferably 1.7 or 1.8, I am not sure if anyone has one that I can buy, if someone can customarily make one for me. I am willing to pay anywhere from $0-50 dollars. (I Hope this is in the right section too, thanks.)

If you want a smooth hcf server you should probably get a core, hand picked and such, not saying one without a core is bad, but the amount of extra plugins and ram you will be using will lag your server. (Unsure if the 2 replies above are selling them with cores or not)
