My partner and I, Seniority, are starting up a survival server.
We are looking for a smaller hosting company, that can take us as customers and help us with our needs.
We’re not looking for a company that is so big, that it takes days to respond.
We want a company that will work with us throughout all our problems and be there when we need them.
Additionally, we are looking for high discounts, in exchange for a sponsored message at timed intervals, your Banner/Ad on our discord, as well as on our Buycraft Homepage.

In specific, we are looking for;

You're looking for someone that will work with your server "throughout all our problems and be there when we need them", presumably for free/next to nothing, but you can't be arsed to open a ticket making your case for why they should even bother providing you anything for basically free?

Sponsorship deals with Minecraft servers typically end up not being worthwhile for hosting services, so you really should be trying a lot harder to convince companies you're even worth their time, stress, effort, money, etc.

You'd be surprised with the ticket response times of some places, it can be as direct as a Discord chat or even more. Not to mention that I have the feel that you want to give this the correct professionalism, which might not fit inside the "Discord Ticket" model.
