Just an additional notice to others.

Rulu was banned from our services for repeatedly ordering free trials and asking for support. When asked about it we found out that he has no intentions to every pay for a server, as it "doesn't suit his budget" regardless of how cheap it is. So we just recommended him to aternos.

I don't recommend offering this guy a free trial as he never intends to pay for a service, and becomes a burden on support teams.

Thanks, he just requested a free trial from me. My hosting company is struggling currently super badly. His word choice was super suspicious. I allowed him to have a 48h free trial but at the last minute wanted a 1 week one which I obliged since I thought it could get me more customers. I just searched him name up so thankfully now I know who he is.
