Hi!

I'm looking for a developer that can make a plugin for me. The plugin should limit redstone clocks, so the repeaters should only be in max delay, if it's not max delay, the the plugin should change it. But not for all repeaters, only for the ones used for redstone clocks.

Budget: enough
