Minecraft Monday Server Setup/Custom Plugins

I just had an inquiry about making a custom server with a server setup I guess, and custom(ish) plugins. It's for personal use with me and my friends.
We would like it to be set-up in the next week (or 2) and we don't really have a budget. We would just like to inquire how much it would cost.

We'd like it to be pretty much exactly like Minecraft Mondays where it's tournaments. Consisting of Teams of 2. But with our desired Minigames and Ranks. (we're still finalizing on this, so it's not specifically detailed)

But i'd also like custom ranks and editable things based on the player.

The minigames we'd like are:
- Bedwars
- Skywars
- Spleef
- Tnt Run
- Hungergames
(and some others)

And also 5 custom ranks and editable things/cosmetics based on the player.

Cosmetics/Editable Things:
- Death Messages
- Final Kill Effects
- Victory Dances
- Projectile Trials
(like the one's in Hypixel)

However, if there would be 5 custom Death Messages. Depending on the rank, you can choose different Death Messages given to the specific Rank.
So for example, Player1 got Rekt by Player 2 is one death message that Rank1 has, but Rank2 has the option to choose between that death message and another one. The highest rank would get the option to choose out of all 5 but the lowest only has 1 option. And that's with all of them.
I'd also like each rank to have a custom colored nametag in the Chat and a rank name.

You're looking at a few hundred dollars for this - how are you looking to host this may I ask, are you planning or building a bungeecord server or link games together through world selectors?

90% of this can be done with free plugins. Only thing you'd need to have custom made possibly is death messages, which is very very simple.
