Hello, So I am currently making my own Network which will have
Enough for around 200+ people on each game mode.

Skyblock:
Factions:
Prison:
PracticePvP:

I am not sure whether to get separate servers with 10GB of Ram each or go for a Dedicated Server. If so, can someone explain who to go with and what is the best prices for dedicated servers. What I would be roughly looking at in terms of costs for something like this.

Kind Regards,
Kieran | Owner of SummitPvP

I am using WulfHosting and its based the server in Europe (Germany)
Its just whether buying 60 pounds worth of Servers is better or a Dedicated Server!? I just don't have much experience regarding dedicated servers. So I don't really know how they work etc.[DOUBLEPOST=1531403855][/DOUBLEPOST]Are any from this list good? https://www.soyoustart.com/en/essential-servers/

Depends on your budget really..

Go with SoYouStart (Game-2 or Game-3)
Or if your budget is like $100+ go with https://www.ovh.ie/dedicated_servers/game/

Zare is also great (zare.com)

WebTropia would also be great (webtropia.com) but don't expect a great DDoS Protection, and there are no other Locations except Germany..

If you're going to get an I7, get the GAME version of it as it includes the GAME AntiDDoS protection rather than the standard one.

Is there any difference between the Game AntiDDOS Protection and what the Normal provides?

Game is more optimized for game servers e.g Minecraft. It can also sustain better in attacks that can normally take down a game servers while the regular ovh DDoS protection can't.

If I was you I'll pick zare over the other providers as overall they offer a better service than OVH and you must be laughing to consider to use fallouthosting.

I recommend that you go with a dedicated server and below are my recommendations.

If you know what you are doing or have a system administrator that knows what they are doing then I would recommend that you go straight to OVH as this is what basically all hosting companies use for their hosting so you might as well go to the supplier and not the re seller.

If you do not have a system administrator, I recommend that you go with Pebble Host as they set everything up for you and there is no hassle with it (I have a dedicated server with them). The setup time was 72 hours but they only took 24 hours to do it, set up the My SQL servers, panel, statistics page and also a website redirection so wherefore when you go to the website it will redirect you to the www. version of the website therefore allowing us to not have something like play.yourdomain.com and they are able to just connect with yourdomain.com.

Please note that with Pebble Host their managed Dedicated Servers do not have any fee and they will manage it for you for free and you don't have to pay an experienced system admin to do this for you. You can always switch from theme managing your server to you having full control of it but you must them bear in mind that if you do this you will not be able to switch back to a managed dedicated server and you will have to stay unmanaged.

If you are looking for some parts that they do not offer on the website, you can always see if you can open a ticket on the Discord and see if they can get a dedicated server with the specifications that you want (they did this for me).

Tips:

You will not need any more than 250MB/s unless you have about 1000 players.

I do not recommend that you get a 128GB RAM server as your CPU probably won't be able to handle it.

If you are running around 4 servers, I recommend an i7 but if you are running around 10 servers on that dedicated server or more, I recommend that you get a server CPU as these are better for multi threading.
