Minecraft Network Hosting Questions?

Hello, My name is Content and I am 20 years old.
I am starting my first Minecraft network and need some tips and/or opinions.

What I am looking for?
I am looking to host 1-3 hubs a skyblock server and prison server.
I am looking for a cheap or affordable hosting service just don't know exactly what is good to host a network?

I am a person with 0 players ready as of writing this post. I am not looking to host a network with 500 players right away but want one that can hold a okay/decent amount of players.
Open to opinions, tips or experienced owners or past owners or even devs/sys admins etc that know things about hosting a network.

In the end just depends. I am not looking to pay $300 for hosting but im not so cheap that I only have $10 for hosting type stuff if you know what I mean by that.

I'm not sure if you want shared or vps, but when i used to run a network I used one of their VPS's with Pterodactyl panel, worked perfect.
