Minecraft Nostalgia Thread (2011-2014)

So recently I've just been thinking about how simpler life was years back when I first discovered this game. Don't get me wrong I hate the game in its current state but like back then holy shit the time I could spend on this kids game and the memories I could make and the people I met.

So peeps just listen to and get some major nostalgia and post your memories from your mc childhood

I remember the days of factions pvp servers whenever you were toxic, it was expected you duel fairly out at spawn, no interruptions and if you lost you say gg and suck it up. Sometimes people were forgiving and would give your items back. Nowadays these pvp servers are so toxic smh.

Damn, this hits more than I expected. The non stressed life I used to have. The friendships that minecraft bettered for me. The great memories of hopping on and having a blast. Minecraft truly was beautiful, and I honestly miss those times, even though it was only years ago. Thanks minecraft :').

NEVERMIND! Oh glory to my old YouTube videos when I wanted to be like the TheCampingRusher. Do any of you happen to remember VerdantPVP? That was my first Factions server that got me hooked on the game, more specifically the economy side. This may be a bit of a stretch, but I think I could put significant weight on this server for my interest in business in a Rube Golderberg esk way.

If anyone can find cakepop10, Robonaut101, LeonidasPlaysMc or alien_invader999 I would love to chat with them and see if either of us can remember anything about this server.
