a server, youtuber or even a blog etc.

There is very few domains with just Minecraft then the domain ending and very few will ever pop up for sale. This is also interesting since it is a Minecraft block.

Just my opinion. Also, there are plenty of TLDs with "Minecraft" available. .observer is not really that good of a TLD, and I don't think I've ever seen it in use.

Yes .observer is a obscure TLD it's mainly used for news websites (it's managed by one as well). But I'm basing the price on previous prices for Minecraft .(TLD) like minecraft.house which sold for 50 the BIN is a random number.
