Here I will be making java plugins for you guys for a fixed price ranging
on the type, difficulty and time spent making it.

PRICES
Small Plugins - $0.1 - 1 - A simple Plugin (couple commands, 1 event)
Medium Plugins - $2 - 5- A non simple Plugin (couple commands, couple events, maybe an api)
Big Plugins - $5 - 50- A big Plugin (maybe a core, configs, lots of commands, lots of events, maybe an api)

REFUNDS
There are no refunds as scamming can be evolved from refunds

UPDATES + CHANGES
As long as they are small or not too big (depends on the plugin) it will be free of charge

I don't quite understand your refund policy? Your allowing people to dispose a plugin that you spent time on and they will get cash back? I don't quite see how this works.
