I have come up with an idea for an MC website for players to team up on projects, recruit people for servers, recruit advertisers, staff members and even artists!
I'm planning on getting the domain something like: mc-recruit.com or .me since it will be like recruit.me (with an MC in front of it)
This is what the site will be like:
When on the site, users will login and set up a profile, with picture and details about them ect, also have a wall like twitter or MCM where other users can post reviews on them and if they've teamed up with them in the past on certain projects.
On the recruit section of the site, there are different sections for recruiting people for different types of projects, sort of things like "Servers" "New projects" "Companies" these are just examples, and not the final section names.
When you create your ad in one of the different sections there will be required fields for you to fill out, so the user will know the second they come on the thread if they fit the requirements or not. These will be Age group, Paid position or voluntary, Hours per day required, (more may be added)
On the post, they need to explain what the server/business/company/project is, how many members they are looking for and more information about the users position.
At the bottom of each post there will be a button called "APPLY" in bright red, this will open up another part of the post which gives people the ability to see the recruiters contact information eg,skype - and the application format which may be used below (unless they want it to be sent directly to them)
Also there will be another part of the forum, where users looking for a job can post what kind of job they are looking for (support rep, server moderator), and there will also be certain details they will need to provide.
In the navi bar at the top of the site, there will be a part of the site called "Recruit Centre" - When pressing on this it opens up a new part of the site which on the URL will be /centre or may be changed, here you can send a request to a user inviting them to your team or so and you can view your current requests. This may also be used to apply for jobs, but when sending a message through the Centre you need to say if you're applying for a job or sending out a request.
The site will have a few adverts on, as a way to pay for the site. (This is once it's worth even selling the ads)
