Hello,

I am working on a Minecraft rust server, I already had 2 devs working on it for 3 weeks but one of our devs didn't contact us for 1 week now and we don't know what's going on with him. Therefor I am looking for 1 experienced dev to help my other developer finish this project. We need to project done in 2 weeks, we have all the core explained and every feature.

Preferably someone who knows what TheArchon Outlands is (if you don't it's ok).

When would payment happen? For such a large project and amount most devs (including me) would want at least some of the payment up front
