Ship Name: X-Wing T-340

Info: Medium-sized ship with an incredible and never-before-seen level of both manueverability and deadliness. Flying at speeds upwards of 5,025 mph, tearing through space with their x-shaped wings, hence the name.

Weapon: Photon Torpedo
Shoots a beam of pure energy, tearing through anything it touches, similar to the lightsabers of the Jedi. Used at both short and long ranges, this weapon perfectly suits the deadly speed and manueverability of the X-Wing.

Special Abilities: Lightspeed & Forcefield
Use lightspeed to escape sticky situations, traveling at the speed of light through the vast, cold reaches of space. Use your forcefield when initiating any type of battle with another craft, wouldn't want to get shot down now, would you?

Robin had never actually flown a X-Wing, or, really, any spacecraft. She was ashamed of this fact. She had years of training, more than anyone else that had gone to the same academy. She graduated valedictorian and was assigned to the best team out there, valid to become Captain in just over a year. Yet, with all these facts, she had never actually flown. However, that would all change Today. While she was only scheduled to go out on a routine mission to check out the borders of Rebel territory and make sure no illegal activity was happening, she was determined to have the time of her life and not mess it up. That determination is what made her day go awfully. She woke up and was immediately space sick, vomiting and curling into a ball from the pain that plagued her head. She, however, was determined to fly that day. She should have listened to the nurse, who told her not to go through with it, that nobody would judge her, however she didn't listen. In hindsight, this was the worst idea of her life. We got out to the far border and immediately sensed that something wasn't right. We found a beacon destroyed that wasn't emitting a signal that a destroyed beacon was supposed to. We dispatched one member to fix the beacon and return to base as the rest of us continued on with our mission. We passed the broken remains of a smuggling ship, assuming that it was the ship responsible for destroying our beacon. Seconds later, though, a bomb activated inside the ship, luckily we were all out of range. Then it dawned on each member of our team simultaneously. It had turned out to be a trap, and, with all of our years of training combined, nobody had realized it. Two Sith cruisers popped into existence within seconds of us discovering the wreckage. Immediately we scattered, trying desperately to get back to base. Six of us were shot instantly, but the rest didn't have time to grieve. We could easily get out of range of the cannons, but the missiles were a different story. Two more of us went down to the cannons before we finally escaped reach. We went past bits of the ship and crewmember we had left to repair the beacon as we made our escape, confirming our suspicion that this was all a setup. Four left out of a twelve man squad just setting out to do a daily patrol. How had this happened, and why? What did we do to deserve this, what did they do? We continued on, nearly at base now, but we still had the missiles to deal with. Brody, the captain of our mission, circled back to take them out. He got shot down almost immediately. Three cannons fired behind us, one for everyone left. We were flying in a V-formation, trying evasive maneuvers in an attempt to not be killed. One missile met it's mark, exploding the ship in a violent crash. The wing from the ship flew into my engine, lodging itself in the now-flaming thruster. I had two choices, either I initiated light speed with a broken down engine and risked the 5% chance I wouldn't be ripped apart by space, or I could risk dying by a Sith cannon. I chose the first option, after all, 5% was better than 0%. I silently hoped that Leena, the last remaining member of our crew, made it back to base. She was young and innocent, and had barely lived her life. I initiated light speed, punching in coordinates to a world I had heard was peaceful. I shot through space at a speed few had truly experienced. A few hour-long seconds later and I had appeared to a peculiar world. The sun was floating in the sky, square, like no other star I had ever seen. My eyes drifted down to the planet, and I discovered that it too was square shaped. I was horrified, where was I? This was not the planet I had meant to come to. I was lost, and hopelessly plunging towards this oddly shaped world.
