The Opportunity​

I'm looking to launch a new Minecraft network focused on scalability, unique gameplay, and global player reach. The infrastructure will be fully funded by me — including dedicated servers, marketing, design, and all launch costs.

Now, I’m looking for one or two experienced Minecraft server admins to co-own and operate the technical side of the project. You’ll help architect, build, and run the network — and in return, share in the profits. We can chat contractual info if and when we agree to terms.

What You’ll Be Doing​

• Designing and configuring a BungeeCord or Velocity-based server network
• Installing and maintaining plugins, anti-cheat systems, and custom features
• Leading day-to-day server ops (moderation tools, performance tuning, uptime)
• Optionally hiring or managing mods/builders/devs
• Helping shape the direction of the game modes and player experience

Compensation & Structure​

• You keep 40% of profits if solo
• I fund 100% of server, website, ads, art, domains, etc.
• No upfront costs required on your end — just expertise, hustle, and passion
• While I understand labor will require a lot upfront, I am willing to pay a weekly salary to show commitment to you.

Ideal Candidate(s)​

• 2+ years running Minecraft servers or networks
• Strong knowledge of Spigot/Paper/BungeeCord or Velocity
• Plugin/configuration wizard (LuckPerms, Essentials, etc.)
• Knows how to create a performant, enjoyable player experience
• Bonus: experience with monetization, mod teams, or community growth
