A good reputation

Previous maps are good but not a must

Discord

Website

Some server files

Domains

Artwork

And anything else that goes with it. Example, Discord bot.

As said in the Title my budget is $1K.

Sorry yes forgot to add, very valid points thanks.

I would prefer Factions / Skyblock. In terms of Playerbase does not have to be an active PB anymore but something that has had some sort of PB. For example a server where it has done well in the past but the owner has lost interest and it has died out a little bit
