Hey I want to become a server manager and help smaller servers grow.
What exactly does a community manager do ?
Well the answer to that is quite simply to be honest. As a community manager, my duty is to manage the community.
This may include task such as surveying the players and community of your server on how they feel about the current state of your server and how we can improve it.
This also includes staff management, as this is because your staff team are the people that are first looked up upon to. If your staff team has a bad reputation such as abuse, multiple and continuous false banning or just don't seem to be respected enough by your community, surely than your server won't be as good. So my job is to ensure that your staff team performs as required and will always keep the server name clean.
My one main duty is to provide a comprehensive report regarding the server statistic. These reports range from server vote uprise or downfall to staff performance. Other than those, my reports are going to include response from my survey that are carried out on individuals of the community.
I will also be able to help with discord sever management, I will be able to bring more players into your discord and keep it active.
I will also include my personal and professional suggestion on how you can improve the server or actions to be take. This suggestions may range from plugin add-on, server rule changes, staff demotion/promotions, community suggestions and other minor things.
