I currently run a minecraft server with 400+ members in the discord but only a few are active on the minecraft server.

I am looking for a developer to help with some of the in game development. Plugins, updates, etc. If you are more interested please message me on discord and/or here. I will respond ASAP.

The perfect candidate: Previous experience, good in a team environment, good communication, 18+ years old, has a microphone.

No pay will be included in this service.

You guys are annoying asf lol. Just move on dude, the guy has already explained he can't pay and that while there is a perfect candidate he's fine with other people too. How many threads are there of people here looking for volunteers? Move on, yikes.
