Hi,

I am creating a server, currently finding 3-5 developers understand how to create minecraft games through coding, we currently will not pay yet, once the server starts working and people purchase ranks or things from us we will pay you. We don't scam people to work for us because we are the Owners. You will be put in Developer and Senior Building Rank in discord group. Please Dm Trainer_Wolf#2032 if you can accept been payed later on.

Just saying, you saying you're gonna hire Developers after the server release will guaranteed not work. Be ready to pay up front.
