I think we should have a part of the forum that is purely for the minecraft server, people would use it for trading, recruitment for a city (I don't think we want that in the recruitment forum) or just talking.

Maybe make it so you can only view it if you don't have access to the server and you can post when you are whitelisted.

Not really. Just allow Premium Supreme, and make a group for people who purchased access to the server. Give them access to post and they don't even pay a dime. The best part is that they handle the whitelist payment through the forums which makes it even easier.
