Minecraft server hosting payable with SMS

Hey there!
I was hoping to start up a Minecraft server, but I can't find any cheap hosts, also I need them to be payable by SMS (Text Message). So if you could help me that would be great, thanks!​

I previously used to accept phone and sms payments as a host, however it costs the host around 30-50% of the money towards transaction costs. If you even find one, either the host is new, or they will charge you the additional 40% costs.

Why... If you can find a host that would do that, I will literally eat a tub of soap. Also, if you aren't prepared to pay more than £2 a month then don't make a server.

I am prepared to pay $5/month possibly more.

Can't you just use the credit card you use for your phone to pay for hosting? Even if you did find a host, that 40% extra isn't worth paying.

For my own reasons I would prefer SMS payment.
