You don't get "Play.(name).com" From server hosts, you get them from domain hostings such as namecheap.

then

Purchase a domain name from https://www.namecheap.com/ will allow you to get a domain for pretty cheap (around $10)

Everyone is correct on the fact that you need to buy a domain separately, but, to be cheap, you can use 1&1 or GoDaddy for example and use a coupon for $1.00 .com / .net domains.
