Minecraft Server Icon (64x64)

Hey i have had a server for around 3 months now and its going pretty well but the thing that i am missing is a server icon, at the moment its just a blank 64x64 icon and i would really like to have my own logo but do not know how to make a good looking logo.

I am willing to spend up to $10 on the icon
I would like it to be a orange and light blue theme, and have the text " 2g2t " on it
