Minecraft Server Idea Plugin Development

Hello BuiltByBit MC Developers,

Are there any experienced Minecraft developers still around who might be interested in joining a project with big ambitions?

I've been playing Minecraft since version 1.2.5 and spent years on faction servers such as MythCraft, The Archon, CosmicPvP, and ViperMC. What I enjoyed most was playing with friends, building bases, PvPing, and just hanging out. Hypixel SkyBlock has a great concept, and honestly, many of the survival servers that introduce unique ideas and game modes are incredibly fun.

I believe there's a way to combine the best aspects of Factions and Survival into a single experience. The goal is to create a server that appeals to both players who enjoy PvP and those who prefer building, exploration, and progression. I want to bridge the gap between survival gameplay and PvP, while ensuring that PvP is an option, not a requirement, to enjoy the game.
