Minecraft Server: Intel Xeon 2 Core; 8 GB DDR4; 40 GB SSD

So, about two months ago a friend wanted me to help him buy a VPS server for six months. He asked me to pay him $140 and he'll pay $60 for the server. To sum up the story, he didn't want the server after two months and left me out of $110 dollars.. I'm willing to sell this server for a much cheaper price and no, my friend does not have access to the server anymore. The reason why I accepted the deal, was because he told me, he'll pay me back twice as much. I've already put MineOS on the server as well as vsftpd. Took me a couple days to figure it out. One thing I didn't know about MineOS, is that you can put multiple servers on it. If you and a friend want to share pay for this, then you two can have separate servers. Of course, you'll have to share the ram/cpu. I'd be happy if I even got back $55.
This server has only been tested with vanilla Minecraft.
