Minecraft Server Issues

Hello,
I am at this point on my server where I am stuck. My problem is that I don't know how to make custom plugins. I have tried to hire people but they either scam or never get it done. I have checked on several different websites for someone to develop but it never works out... I am trying to learn as much as I can but it is consuming a lot of my time just working by my self. It seems as if I cant find a perfect buddy to run my Minecraft server with... Can anyone relate to this and is anyone having the same issue?

Hey guys, I see that you are having server issues. In regards to custom development, you can contact me and we can figure something out. I make sure that all of my clients are satisfied with their product. I am happy to help out for cheap. Also, I know that feeling where you ask developers to code something and they just are lazy, and stop talking to you - it's a shitty feeling. This is part of why I became a developer a long while ago. Anyways, DM me if you want my skype!
