Minecraft server list website

Hey! I am needing someone to create me a website for a minecraft server list. I want to know how long on average it would take how much it would cost and if you would do it for free. (Don't bother hating on me about the free part because I'm 99% sure it's not going to be free but it's always worth the try.

Just to confirm this. Are you telling me to take the current website files from a current server list (Maybe a smaller one) and then rebuild and change the source code?
