For text only logos I usually charge $45USD and they take me ~30 minutes or so for simple treatments.
For complex logos with lots of characters like that I would usually charge at additional $35usd per element. It's not uncommon for logos like this to cost upwards of $350usd.
That said I didn't start with that pricing. When I started a text only logo was around $15 and full logo was less than $125, so it's good to start with lower pricing and build a reputation and increase your prices to your target hourly rate as you start to have the luxury of turning down work.
