I am currently looking for a bungee cord partner or a loyal person that can help me with my server. I am looking for a Loyal/Nice Owner or Co-Owner to help me with my server from now on.

The server has plenty of custom plugins and we are currently investing in custom terrain.
Website is not yet done. Its currently in work from Xenforo.
The Playerbase of the server is 25 - 40 players a day. (We are currently in beta/whitelist due to the new reset.)
We have a current Total of 243$ USD of our donations.
We only have my dev, an admin, and me as staff. (Thats why I am looking for a new owner)
If you are going to look to be owner please follow these simple rules: You must be loyal. You must be nice. If you are going to be Owner you have to AGREE to advertise. On any cases Do NOT give out staff unless he/she has applied. Do not tp to anyone or tp to anyones base unless you are doing a yt hacking vid, etc.
