Intro Sup yall, my name is Peter (I prefer being called Pete) and I have been playing minecraft since it came out. Until this day I love playing minecraft and mostly providing services as a staff (Manager) to a server I feel I can work with happily with 0 fear or concerns. As a person I rely to my creativity and hardworking and I believe that is what makes me a perfect fit to be a a good Manager and perform my duties with efficiency with 0 mistakes work. I have been a staff member on multiple servers, the longest I have been working with a server was around a year, where I reached a Moderating position the server at the time I was a staff member hit around 3-4k members daily. As a staff member I was able to work on many departments of it, I was a Team Events Admin, used to host and make loads of creative events, SS Verified, a Mentor to new staff members, the SocialMedia Manager, a Newspaper writer for the server, used to review Chat/Forums/Discord/In-Game Reports and efficiently check them out and most importantly as a staff member I used to help out around 100-150 players a day due to my fast replying and efficiency in my work. I used to work closely with the manager of the server and that is what gave me the most experience in leading a staff team.
I like to be fair with the people I am associated with and work towards making the server a better community for it, in 2022 now minecraft and discord in general is a home to many people so being able to make out a beautiful community is a dream and something I always wanted to work towards.
One of my strengths is feeling welcomed by your colleagues, the only thing that should and has to keep a team up is the appreciation of each other, the appreciation soon becomes a happy thought, and that thought for me becomes strength for Creativity, when I receive this happiness I am able to produce creative outside the box ideas and features for the server and its benefit.
