Hey all. Looking for someone who wants to dedicate some time and help me run a minecraft server.

I work late nights most of the time so need someone whos willing to put effort in with me.
Funding is not a must have, but would assist.

I'm taking home around £600 per week at the moment and have around 300 spare each week once I've paid my bills ect..

Were looking to have the following and start off slowly.
I've had a lot of experience in all of these, but will start from scratch or use a basic template from servers I've had in the past.

I've been away from MC for around 2 years, but I'm back now after having become a dad and more financially stable.

I am a System Administrator and a Network Infrastructure Developer since the past 9+ years. I am highly experienced to develop in Golang, Rust, Java, C#. I am very experienced with the Minecraft Protocol and I have been working on my own server software from scratch written in Rust that is about 1000 times faster than the official server software making it capable of holding 2-3k players per instance and as well as providing a nice API for developers to work with. It also provides a lot of benefits such as being able to remove and add any features however we'd like. For an instance, we can modify how PVP works and remove 1.9+ PVP changes as well.

I am mostly experienced with the Factions community, and that involves the following game-modes:
1. HCF
2. Kitmap
3. KitPVP
4. OPFactions
5. RedstonePVP

For majority of the gamemodes above, PVP is a great concern and it can be a bad experience when there are too many players on the server causing latency and hit delays.

For Factions and HCF servers, Redstone, EntityAI, Spawners generally become the reason of causing lag due to them being used in high volumes across the servers.

The vanilla server software being written in Java and being single threaded becomes a bottleneck to the performance we could get so I am working on to rewrite the server software in one of the fastest languages in the world "Rust" and that too utilizing all it's benefits and capabilities such as multithreading, and using various other optimizations to how redstone can be engineered in a better way such as using Breadth First Search algorithm.
