If you are partnered with Freedom you can use it but if you are not then you will get a content ID strike, meaning they take all the ad revenue

most of it actually is! to check, just upload a blank 20 second clip with the song. If it's not free, no worries! You just will get a notification through email about the music, but if you were planning on making money with the song included it will actually go to the owner of the song.
