My name is "T27X" however I now go by the name "GhostSX". I am creating this post as I have decided to start offering completely pre-built exclusive websites. I have only made one so far and am looking to do more. I am going to include the link to the site I made following this message. The site I created is for my own server which is currently developing.

For your site, I can add any background which you may want, I will add your domain to the site for free, I will customise it to your liking (if you don't like parts, I can change it for you) and I will create the website before you pay.

My website creation will start at £20 and depending on what you want done, it may be more expensive however if you want it simple it can be cheaper. I'm not the greatest website designer however I can do my best to make your site look great.

What do I get out of it?
I'm not just offering a theme, I am offering a complete, ready-to-go website which you may change once purchased and you don't even have to purchase a web host (web host is included). Depending on how you decide to pay, you may have to pay a small monthly payment to the webhost however you can pay the whole year in advance through me.

I don't want to be rude but everyone of these replies are correct! Please try not to use Wix Sites as they are for free and you are offering £20 for a site the person could've made for free! I suggest trying to learn HTML, CSS before becoming a "Website Developer"!

I started off using Wix . Then moved onto Wordpress, and now code my sites. If I were you, I'd find what works for you (e.g a book, online course, or even teacher) then come back.
