Minecraft Server with 25+ Players at any given time during the day.[1.3k BUDGET]

Hello, I am looking for someone that has a minecraft network for sale. I would like there to be 25+ players at any time during the day. A full list of requirements will be listed below. Also, i will not post my budget due to people running up the price.

Requirements:
- 25+ players on at any givin time during the day.
- Enjin website.
- Buycraft / Or Some sort of donation system.
- Must have some sort of factions and or prison server.
- The login info and ability to change EVERYTHING (Dedicated Server, Buycraft, Enjin, List Websites)

Note: prefer to pay with paypal due to not wanting to be scammed.

The name is changeable... And actually its had no other negative so it so probably just you! :-/ Don't try and be rude when i'm only trying to help... Structural criticism is what i'm looking for. Not a comment that just says it's all awful and gives no ways to make it better!
