Minecraft server with playerbase

Currently looking to sell my minecraft server, because i have no more time to care for it and give it the attention it needs. Playerbase range from 15-40

Content:
When someone purchases the server they can choose if they want access to all host accounts or just all the files, I would prefer to sell just the files and if you buy the server and choose just files, I can knock a bit off the final buying price.
Here is what you will get:
- Portal & Website (mc-core.org) (The website is Enjin with 354 users signed up and ability to mass email all.)
- Domain (Mc-core.net)
- Discord (it has 120 people on it and its well setup)
- All Files (Including portal, forums, bungee, hub, kitpvp, creative, factions files)
- Buycraft (On paid plan setup for server)
- $2000+ worth of plugins and development

Most of the time, people put BINs there just to have a BIN. The starting bid is only $250, so its not like he's trying to get you to pay $2000 right away. Also, this server has a great playerbase, a great website, and a great setup ingame.[DOUBLEPOST=1510238695][/DOUBLEPOST]EDIT: I'm a bit confused. I went on the server again to check where all the players are. No one is in the hub or creative, factions and skyblock are whitelisted, and there are 2 people on kitpvp. Where are the 30 other players you have on there?
