So the server that I am running has had minimal about 3 players on everyday but we want to increase it but we can't find the formula that other server owners have used. Any tips or advice?

Are hiring youtubers worth it? I heard mixed rumors.

Yes, I would personally hire small youtubers unless you have a large budget for advertisement. You can also hire streamers.
