Minecraft Server's What is popping atm and makes money? Help

Looking to create a minecraft server I've got roughly £350 + I know it's not a lot for a server but I'm wondering what server should I start which gets players & money etc?

Don't have the mindset of "I only want money" otherwise your server will get nowhere in my opinion.

What I meant is enough money to keep it going for the players who actually played. Should of phrased it better my bad.

Skyblock, I don’t really find Factions/Prisons really interesting. Sort of losing interest in the generics.

I honestly find Skyblock super relaxing and I’m willing to put money into it.
